We have made this process as simple as possible for our team members. We are going to do just about EVERYTHING for you! Here’s what we ask from you:
- Answer the phone the way we teach you. (Be nice and enthusiastic and ask certain questions.)
- Look at the properties the way we teach you. (Be nice and build rapport and ask certain questions.)
- Be nice and show the presentation to sellers. (Show the concern videos if they ask you questions.)
- Have the sellers electronically sign the contract.
On the sell side, it’s even easier: Just show the house to prospective buyers, have the buyers electronically sign the contract and send that contract to us and we’ll take it from there!
Not hard right?
We do seller marketing for you and get your phone to ring. We’ll do the seller presentation for you and even help you with overcoming objections! The contract will auto populate based on the information you place in the questionnaire. Everything is stored on your iPad for ease of use. Plus, you even have an online system to contact Mark or Dani Lynn if you need them!
Once you send in the contract, we’ll upload your property online so you can start taking buyer calls. After an end buyer is found, we have a transaction coordinator who will assist you with all contract to close details so you can focus on tying up more deals!!

- 60/40 Compensation Split: You will receive 60% of the net down payment for every deal you do.

What are the costs?
- To make sure everyone has ‘skin in the game’, we require a deposit of $5000 for the iPad and training. You should easily get back far more than that in your first couple deals.
- We charge $350 a month for every month in which you don’t do a house to cover the costs of marketing that we are doing for you for that month. In the first year, you will have 2 ‘freebie’ months that are not subject to this cost. Every year thereafter, you’ll have 1 ‘freebie’ month so you can take that long trip and vacation if you want to.
- If you decide to leave the program before a year goes by, you forfeit the cash flow on your properties and that reverts to the company.
